• Cancellations are only allowed if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before any work or processing has commenced.
• For ongoing projects, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project stage.

Non-Cancellable Services:

• Services already initiated, such as filing trademark registrations, ISO certifications, or company registrations, cannot be canceled once the process has started.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are only applicable for cancellations approved under the conditions stated above.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Payments made for services where work has already commenced, including but not limited to documentation, consultations, and submissions, are non-refundable.
• Government or statutory fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Partial Refunds:

• For services canceled after partial work has been completed, a prorated refund may be offered based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Processing Time:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
